I’m always looking for ways to perfect techniques or try different things in the kitchen. In January 2015, I came across an article on MSN Food & Drink that outlined new things that foodies should try in the new year. There were a whopping 51 things on the list and, as it turned out, I already accomplished a lot of them!
From the list of remaining things and with some additional brainstorming, I came up with my own list of 5-6 foodie “goals” that I challenged myself to complete in 2015. It was a tradition that continued for a few years after that.
