- ice
- 2 oz bourbon or whiskey
- 4 oz homemade sour mix
- maraschino cherries
- slice of lemon for serving

Fill a tall glass with ice. Measure your favorite bourbon or whiskey using a jigger or a measuring cup and add to glass with a cherry and homemade sour mix.

Stir to combine, top with a splash of seltzer or club soda, and serve immediately.
